This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Recruit Certified Athletic Trainers (ATCs) for military health and performance programs across the nation.
• Leverage your knowledge of the athletic training field to engage, assess, and connect with qualified ATCs.
• Foster relationships within the athletic training community through professional associations, networking groups, universities, conferences, and social media.
• Source, identify, pre-screen, and recommend suitable candidates for interviews.
• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, which includes: gathering hiring requirements, drafting and posting job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, creating candidate submission summaries, and facilitating offer negotiations.
• Develop innovative recruiting strategies and talent pipelines for positions related to athletic training and healthcare.
• Act as a trusted resource and career advisor for athletic trainers exploring career paths in military and tactical healthcare environments.
• Create compelling recruitment advertisements and engage in virtual and in-person job fairs, conferences, and recruitment events.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and program leadership to align with staffing objectives and hiring initiatives.
• Maintain precise candidate records and recruiting activities within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Ensure adherence to relevant employment laws, OFCCP standards, company policies, and best practices in recruiting.
• Participate in regular recruiting meetings, provide status updates, and contribute to a cooperative team atmosphere.
• Assist with additional recruiting initiatives and projects across PSI and its subsidiaries as necessary.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required; additional experience may be taken into account in place of degree requirements.
• Certification as an Athletic Trainer (ATC) is highly preferred.
• Previous experience as a Certified Athletic Trainer, healthcare recruiter, or in a relationship-focused professional role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport.
• A keen interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, and career development.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
• Quick adaptability to learn recruiting systems and processes.
• A professional, team-oriented attitude with strong customer service skills.
• Occasional travel may be necessary for conferences, recruiting events, or orientations.
