Athlete Brand Analyst – Global

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Support the development, communication, and oversight of purchase orders and payments, offering guidance to enhance operational procedures.

• Examine contracts and agreements, forwarding them for electronic signatures.

• Receive and assess domestic and international invoices for appropriate approvals, compliance, and tax treatment.

• Record approved invoices in both USD and foreign currencies in Oracle, ensuring accurate documentation.

• Investigate and resolve issues related to invoice and purchase order processing.

• Address internal and external inquiries regarding account status and rectify discrepancies.

• Oversee month-end closing processes for multiple companies, balancing reports and correcting errors.

• Serve as a liaison between brand business partners and matrix shared services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or economics.

• Minimum of three years’ experience in general accounting, financial analysis, or business administration.

• Previous experience in the Consumer Products or Retail industry is advantageous.

• Outstanding communication, time management, follow-up, and writing abilities.

• Detail-oriented and meticulous, exhibiting high integrity and reliability.

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to engage with brand leadership, accounting, finance, marketing, and global teams.

• Excellent analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with Oracle or similar ERP systems.

• Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
