This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Conduct instructor-led and virtual training sessions for back-end users on the Athena IDX platform.
β’ Educate staff on workflows that encompass billing, claims processing, payment posting, adjustments, and accounts receivable follow-up.
β’ Tailor training materials to suit client workflows and system configurations.
β’ Offer hands-on assistance and guidance to end users during and after training sessions.
β’ Collaborate with project teams to gain insights into system updates and training requirements.
β’ Aid in the development and revision of training documentation, job aids, and user manuals.
β’ Support go-live activities, including providing on-site assistance as necessary.
β’ Collect feedback from users and stakeholders to enhance training effectiveness.
β’ Ensure training is in line with revenue cycle best practices and operational objectives.
β’ Proven experience in delivering training on Athena IDX (also referred to as GE Centricity Business / IDX).
β’ Strong understanding of back-end revenue cycle workflows, including billing, claims, and accounts receivable.
β’ Experience in conducting instructor-led and/or virtual training sessions.
β’ Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
β’ Capability to engage and assist end users with varying degrees of technical proficiency.
