This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
• Answer incoming calls from Claro customers.
• Provide friendly and personalized customer service.
• Address inquiries and guide customers in a clear, effective, and timely manner during interactions.
• Completed Secondary Education.
• Formal or informal experience in customer service or sales (3 months).
• Must have the necessary equipment (computer or laptop) to work from home.
• MUST HAVE 100% TECHNICAL TOOLS: Windows 11 PRO, 8GB RAM, wired internet, webcam, and headphones (ALL REQUIRED).
