Atención al Cliente – Full Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Respond to calls from Claro customers (Peruvian public)

• Provide exceptional customer service

• Engage in commercial activities during customer interactions

• Work Monday through Sunday with a rotating schedule for AM and PM shifts

• Fulfill a 7-hour and 30-minute workday, plus a 45-minute break

• Enjoy a rotating day off

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 months of experience in a Call Center

• PC or Laptop running Windows 10

• 8 GB RAM

• Wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps

• Headset with USB connection

• Education: Junior High School

• Professional experience: Less than 1 year
