ATC, Full Time, Con Expe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Respond to customer calls for Claro

• Provide exceptional customer service

• Conduct commercial management during customer interactions

• Work Monday through Sunday in rotating PM shifts

• Complete a management schedule of 7 hours and 30 minutes plus a 45-minute break

• Have a rotating rest period

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 months of experience in a Call Center

• PC or Laptop with Windows 10

• 8 GB RAM

• Minimum wired internet speed of 50 Mbps

• USB headset

• Education: Junior High School

• Professional experience: Less than 1 year
