Assurance Team Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance the Quality Management System in alignment with standards, business needs, user requirements, and best practices.

• Deliver standardized and user-friendly Quality Tools (DMS, Portal, Audit Tools, Dashboards) to facilitate the operation of Quality Management Systems.

• Oversee the management of changes for new or modified processes, as well as significant changes within the organization, processes, or tools.

• Ensure the Quality Management System complies with both external and internal requirements.

• Create and implement an external audit program for the business, coordinating with the certifying bodies for ISO 9001, 55001, 14001, and 45001.

• Track the resolution of internal and external audit findings and the execution of corresponding corrective actions.

• Lead, train, monitor, and develop the internal quality auditor community.

• Act as a champion for risk-based thinking.

• Engage in and support Quality communication efforts to foster a Quality mindset.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality and Quality Management.

• At least 5 years of operational experience in areas such as field service, supply chain, engineering, repairs, and customer service.

• Proficient knowledge and understanding of relevant international standards: 9001, 55001, 14001, and 45001.

• Experience with document management, auditing management applications, and process modeling (Gensuite, Documentum / CARA, and Process Modeling software).
