Associate Technical Instructor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Facilitate engaging and informative training sessions focused on system administration subjects, such as operating systems, networking, security, and troubleshooting.

• Offer guidance and support to students by addressing their inquiries and concerns, assisting them in successfully completing their coursework.

• Assess student performance through evaluations, quizzes, and practical exercises, providing constructive feedback.

• Collaborate with instructors, instructional designers, and subject matter experts to enhance the training program.

• Provide administrative assistance related to the training program and the learning management system.

• Assist in managing and improving the overall training program.

• Available to work during hours between 6am CST and 6pm CST.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of relevant experience in place of a degree.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant technical training experience is required.

• Proficient in operating systems, networking, system security, and troubleshooting.

• Competent in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Experience with healthcare products/vendors is preferred.

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred.

• Proven ability to present effectively to large groups.
