📋 Description

• The Associate Technical Analyst role is an essential part of the clinical application technology team, tasked with the onboarding of new applications and technologies, providing technical support, and overseeing the lifecycle management of servers and applications that facilitate clinical workflows throughout the organization.

• Duties encompass managing clinical applications and supporting infrastructure, guaranteeing system reliability, and ensuring compliance with enterprise IT standards.

• This position is vital for system upgrades, integrations, migrations, incident resolution, and the ongoing enhancement of clinical technology platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field is required, or equivalent experience and/or education as determined by the company in place of a bachelor's degree.

• A background in Information Systems or Technology is required.

• Lean/Six Sigma certification is preferred.
