Associate Technical Account Manager, SQL Focused

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Technical Account Managers within the Customer Success team

• Enhance the return on investment for VIP clients utilizing Varicent

• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders

• Address inquiries related to products, processes, and specific solutions

• Oversee current solutions to ensure optimal performance

• Modify and advance existing solutions with new implementations

• Partner with the primary TAM to ensure the technical success of customers

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Consulting and Enterprise Software Implementation

• Previous experience with Query Based Languages and Relational Databases

• Technical data skills, particularly strong expertise in SQL data manipulation and Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge of the Sales Performance Management domain is preferred

• Hands-on experience with Varicent software products is strongly preferred

• Basic understanding of system configurations, data models, and best practices for data integration concepts.
