Associate Technical Account Manager – SQL, Data

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Assist the primary TAM in overseeing the health and performance of Varicent solutions for a portfolio of VIP clients.

• Aid in training users on essential Varicent functionalities, configuration principles, and industry best practices.

• Engage in the evaluation of new features, fixes, and release notes to determine their potential impact on the customer’s environment.

• Help configure Varicent solutions based on documented customer needs, with guidance from the senior TAM.

• Generate and distribute monthly summaries of performance, utilization, and support-related metrics.

• Examine solution usage and data trends to identify possible issues or opportunities for optimization.

• Work alongside TAMs and internal teams to resolve errors, investigate defects, and support solution optimization initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Consulting and Enterprise Software Implementation.

• Previous experience with Query-Based Languages and Relational Databases.

• Proficient technical data skills, particularly in SQL data manipulation and Microsoft Excel.

• Familiarity with the Sales Performance Management domain is preferred.

• Hands-on experience with Varicent software products (administration, implementation, and/or support) is strongly preferred.

• Basic understanding of system configurations, data models, and best practices for data integration.
