This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• The Associate Technical Account Manager (TAM) collaborates with Technical Account Managers within the Customer Success team.
• Assist the primary TAM in overseeing the health and performance of Varicent solutions for a select group of VIP customers.
• Aid users in understanding fundamental Varicent functionalities, configuration principles, and best-practice methodologies.
• Engage in the evaluation of new features, fixes, and release notes to assess their potential effects on the customer’s environment.
• Help configure Varicent solutions based on documented customer needs, under the supervision of the senior TAM.
• Compile and disseminate monthly summaries of performance, utilization, and support-related metrics.
• Examine solution usage and data trends to identify possible issues or optimization opportunities.
• Work in partnership with TAMs and internal teams to resolve errors, investigate defects, and support solution optimization initiatives.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Consulting and Enterprise Software Implementation.
• Previous experience with Query Based Languages and Relational Databases.
• Technical data abilities, including significant experience in SQL data manipulation and Microsoft Excel.
• Preferred: Familiarity with the Sales Performance Management domain.
• Strongly Preferred: Hands-on experience with Varicent software products (in areas such as administering, implementing, and/or supporting).
