This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• The Associate Technical Account Manager (TAM) collaborates with Technical Account Managers within the Customer Success team, managing a portfolio of clients enrolled in the VIP Program.

• The Associate TAM serves as a Varicent advisor to client personnel, aiming to optimize the return on investment for VIP clients utilizing Varicent solutions.

• This role necessitates the establishment of strong relationships with all stakeholders, supporting business objectives by addressing go-to-market challenges through innovative solutions.

• Responsibilities include responding to product, process, and solution-specific inquiries while proactively overseeing existing solutions to ensure optimal performance.

• Adapting and enhancing current solutions with new implementations and the adoption of additional features and functionalities will further elevate the value of Varicent offerings.

• In collaboration with the primary TAM, the Associate TAM will be pivotal in ensuring the technical success of the customer and facilitating all system and solution-related discussions.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Consulting and Enterprise Software Implementation.

• Previous experience with Query-Based Languages and Relational Databases.

• Strong technical data skills, including significant experience with SQL data manipulation and Microsoft Excel.

• Preferred: Familiarity with the Sales Performance Management domain.

• Strongly Preferred: Practical experience with Varicent software products (administering, implementing, and/or supporting).

• Basic understanding of system configurations, data models, and best practices for data integration.
