This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assist with the light onboarding and implementation process of ClickUp.
• Guide clients through the essential setup and enablement stages, while advocating for ClickUp best practices.
• Track seat utilization, adoption patterns, and engagement levels of Champions/Stakeholders.
• Develop and execute straightforward adoption plans and account evaluations to sustain or enhance overall health.
• Recognize potential risks early and collaborate with the account team to formulate recovery strategies, escalating to leadership when risks become complicated.
• Provide continuous enablement to ensure customers evolve with the platform.
• Conduct structured Intake → Execution → Reporting (IER) cycles for crucial workflows.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to compare current processes with future goals.
• Promote the adoption of ClickUp AI and implement basic Agents related to customer use cases.
• Offer training on best practices in AI and automation.
• Act as a partner for small sales-assisted accounts, linking adoption efforts to business value.
• Identify upsell opportunities using templated playbooks and hand off those leads to the sales team for further action.
• Collaborate with account teams to ensure alignment between service delivery and customer success.
• Strong understanding of ClickUp platform features, automation logic, and AI Agent capabilities.
• Ability to convert business requirements into simple, effective solutions.
• Familiarity with generative AI concepts and automation systems.
• Skilled in workflow analysis, process design, and pinpointing friction points, utilizing structured discovery to align customer needs with ClickUp.
• Proficient in utilizing dashboards and metrics to convey health, adoption, and ROI.
• Works collaboratively across functions with account teams and Sales to ensure outcome alignment.
• Engages the appropriate stakeholders when the scope of work extends beyond expected role responsibilities.
