This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Create and execute strategies aimed at boosting market share
• Market and sell the Company's surgical products and tissues
• Propel sales growth and meet established sales performance objectives
• Identify, articulate, and act on market opportunities
• Deliver presentations to both large groups and individual clients
• Investigate and resolve commission-related issues for agencies
• Foster and sustain collaborative relationships with agency partners and customers
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant area, including 1-3 years in progressively responsible roles
• Master’s degree and 1-3 years of experience in a related field are preferred
• Certification may be required in certain areas
• Preferable to have 3-4 years of experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue sectors within the healthcare industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication abilities
