• Assist clients in resolving technical issues
• Provide guidance and document cases
• Collaborate with seasoned team members to deliver exceptional support experiences
• Basic knowledge of IT, software troubleshooting, or system configurations
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Desire to learn and grow in a technical environment
• A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus
• Experience in customer service or technical support is desirable
• Familiarity with ticketing systems, cloud applications, or operating systems is an advantage
