This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Deliver Level 1 functional support for Workday HCM applications.
• Diagnose and resolve issues pertaining to Core HCM.
• Execute Workday configuration updates and carry out maintenance tasks.
• Work in collaboration with HR and IT teams to collect requirements.
• Assist with Workday security administration and user provisioning.
• Oversee support queues and prioritize tickets based on their business impact.
• Conduct issue analysis and escalate complex problems to Level 2/Level 3 support.
• A minimum of 4 years of overall experience.
• Practical experience in providing Level 1/Level 1.5 functional support for Workday HCM.
• In-depth functional knowledge of Workday HCM modules.
• Experience in troubleshooting user-related issues in Workday.
• Hands-on expertise in Workday HCM configuration.
• Proven experience collaborating with HR and IT teams.
• Understanding of Workday security roles.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Workday certification is a plus.
