This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee or assist in projects related to space management.
• Execute space planning, drafting, and validation of sets projects.
• Aid in gathering raw customer data for space planning software.
• Process, cleanse, merge, analyze, and validate data from various sources.
• Adhere to retailer standards and merchandising guidelines.
• Update, manage, and enhance scorecards and reports to evaluate outcomes.
• Collaborate with IT and technical teams to ensure optimal technology utilization.
• Work with the Category Leadership team to strategize projects, meet expectations, and guarantee the successful execution of assortment and space planning initiatives.
• Support space and assortment opportunities that align with the strategic direction of Category Leadership.
• Leverage multiple Category Leadership technology platforms for daily operations.
• Train to become a proficient user of space planning and assortment software, processes, and solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline.
• Strong technical capabilities with analytical experience, which may include an internship focused on food and beverage retail, merchandising, or sales experience from any sector.
• Capacity to build robust relationships, take initiative, and adapt to change.
• Ability to apply logic and rules for data categorization and analysis.
• Above-average proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Average proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
• Excellent communication skills and the capability to influence at all organizational levels.
• Willingness to travel by plane approximately 10% of the time.
• Must be able to primarily work in an office setting and occasionally in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and lighting conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally.
• Must be capable of standing, walking, sitting; using hands to finger, handle, or feel; reaching with hands and arms; climbing or balancing; stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling; talking and hearing.
• Must possess close vision, distant vision, ability to adjust focus, peripheral vision, and color vision.
