Associate Salesforce Consultant, Quality Assurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Engage in project team meetings.

• Evaluate requirements or features and pinpoint areas for testing.

• Develop comprehensive testing plans.

• Draft clear and concise test scripts.

• Execute the prepared test scripts.

• Record issues and testing outcomes within a test management system.

• Navigate through all Testing Phases - (Functional, System, Integration, and User Acceptance) on a project.

• Circulate test status reports.

• Contribute functionality insights to the project team during the project lifecycle.

• Communicate and collaborate effectively with development and customer teams throughout the testing period.

• Acquire knowledge on new solutions, cloud technologies, and testing platforms.

• Support customers in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of Software Quality Assurance experience as an Intern or Associate Consultant.

• Basic understanding of the Salesforce Platform.

• Salesforce Admin certification is advantageous.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
