Associate Sales Development Representative – Dallas/Houston

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Proactively engage in prospecting using data-driven insights to secure new business within the designated territory, contributing to revenue growth.

• Identify and actively target high-value opportunities, placing emphasis on accounts with significant closing potential.

• Foster and enhance relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals to create new sales avenues.

• Qualify and advance deals through the sales pipeline, taking into account customer needs, timing, and the buying process.

• Develop and implement strategic territory plans aimed at acquiring and expanding new accounts.

• Maintain a robust and active pipeline while consistently progressing opportunities towards closure.

• Monitor pipeline activities, customer engagements, and forecasts within Salesforce, with a strong focus on results and accountability.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• At least 2+ years of sales experience with a demonstrated history of securing new accounts and surpassing quotas.

• Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and secure new business in competitive markets.

• High energy, self-motivated, and adept at thriving in a results-driven, quota-carrying environment.

• A competitive background that illustrates a robust drive, discipline, and a strong desire to succeed (e.g., collegiate athlete, club sports, military, or similar experiences).

• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time to actively develop the territory, meet prospects, and close business.
