This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a regional liaison between Global Business Services, outsourced delivery partners, and local business stakeholders.
• Convert business priorities into actionable R2R delivery strategies that align with global process standards.
• Facilitate comprehensive regional service delivery performance across both outsourced and internal teams.
• Lead the daily and weekly operational rhythms, including the execution of the close calendar, volume management, throughput, capacity, and backlog oversight.
• Take ownership and ensure adherence to SLA and KPI performance across R2R.
• Identify potential risks, escalate performance concerns, and create root cause analyses along with corrective action plans.
• Serve as a point of escalation for service delivery challenges, closure delays, reconciliation discrepancies, control failures, and accounting anomalies.
• Collaborate with outsourced vendor locations to uphold staffing levels, quality benchmarks, and process controls.
• Implement and enforce global R2R process standards, policies, and governance frameworks.
• Assist in demand forecasting and capacity planning efforts.
• Guarantee that process controls, audit requirements, and financial compliance standards are implemented consistently.
• Manage exception handling and escalation frameworks.
• Discover opportunities for process enhancement, automation, and simplification.
• Aid in the transition, stabilization, and post-Day 1 onboarding processes for new scope migrations.
• Extensive operational knowledge of R2R processes, covering accounting closures, general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, intercompany transactions, fixed assets, and controls execution.
• Proven ability to oversee service delivery in a regional or multi-country context.
• Experience with KPI and SLA performance management, root cause analysis, and systematic escalation handling.
• Demonstrated history of managing outsourced or hybrid retained-vendor delivery models.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities with regional finance leadership.
• Proficiency in capacity planning, workload management, and optimizing operational performance.
• Background in supporting or leading continuous improvement, automation, standardization, and process simplification initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Competence in managing competing priorities in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong management and leadership skills, including the development and mentoring of team members.

• Ability to lead virtual teams effectively.
• Typically, 7 years of professional experience in Finance operations, shared services, or outsourced service delivery settings, with at least 3 years in a regional or multi-country management capacity.
• Experience managing third-party outsourced providers in SLA-driven environments is preferred.
• A Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
• An advanced degree or professional certifications such as CPA, CIMA, or PMP are preferred.
• Travel is typically less than 20%.
