Associate Regional Director – Western Great Lakes

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Act as the representative for the regional office in executing the regional function to promote effective Young Life ministry in that area.

• Create an annual personal growth plan that nurtures a dynamic spiritual life, incorporating time for solitude, retreat, reflection, prayer, and a genuine commitment to understanding God’s Word.

• Support the regional director in articulating the vision to reach 'every kid' in the region.

• Oversee, mentor, and assess staff, equipping them with the necessary resources and experiences to realize the vision.

• Secure the required funding to fulfill the regional ministry vision alongside the Regional Director.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of Core Training — Phase One.

• Demonstrated spiritual leadership.

• Proven experience in cultivating diverse staff and ministries.

• Strong relational skills with both youth and adults.

• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capacity to maintain confidentiality.

• Potential and capability to serve as a regional director.
