Associate Recruitment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Talent Sourcing & Research: Execute comprehensive research into targeted industries to pinpoint top-tier talent.

• Sourcing Strategy: Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and our internal database to create diverse candidate pipelines.

• Outreach: Develop personalized, high-conversion outreach messages that embody AIP’s authentic and professional brand voice.

• Candidate Lifecycle Management: Engage in and observe senior-led interviews to familiarize yourself with the AIP Method of behavioral assessment.

• Candidate Prep: Mentor candidates for client interviews, offering them in-depth insights into company culture, technical expectations, and fit nuances.

• Reference Management: Execute comprehensive and insightful reference checks that enhance the qualitative value of the candidate profile.

• Presentations: Create compelling Candidate Presentation decks for clients, emphasizing not only skills but also the human story behind each match.

• Client Advisory & Workshop Development: Support the creation of content and frameworks for client workshops.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or a high-volume administrative/research role.

• Research Savvy: You possess the ability to dig deep. You are adept at navigating LinkedIn and various digital tools to uncover hidden talent.

• Communication: Outstanding storytelling and writing skills. You can craft a candidate bio that captivates clients and compels them to meet the candidate immediately.

• Agility: You can effortlessly transition from a data-intensive research project to a dynamic candidate coaching session.

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Business, HR, or a related field.
