Associate Project Manager, Permitting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Assist our principal project managers in achieving excellent permitting results for our clients

• Conduct permit research with a high level of precision

• Aid in the preparation of permit plans

• Collaborate with municipal staff on specific details and uncertainties

• Track permit progress and ensure prompt communication

• Provide insights to product and engineering teams to enhance our software platform

• Partner with permitting leadership to improve our standard operating procedures

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction management or architecture, specifically in project management

• Proven track record of applying for and securing construction permits

• Capable of conducting thorough research on permit requirements

• Comfortable engaging with municipal staff and navigating administrative procedures

• Excellent communicator with a keen eye for detail

• Initiative-driven problem solver
