• Aid in conducting permit research with a high level of precision.
• Support in the preparation of permit plans.
• Collaborate with municipal staff to address nuances and ambiguities.
• Track permit statuses and guarantee prompt responses.
• Provide insights to product and engineering teams to enhance our software platform.
• Partner with permitting leadership to improve our standard operating procedures.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction management or architecture, emphasizing project management.
• Proven experience in applying for and securing construction permits.
• Strong ability to accurately research permit requirements.
• Comfortable interacting with city officials and navigating bureaucratic processes.
• Excellent communicator with a keen eye for detail.
• Proactive in identifying and solving problems.
