Associate Project Manager, Permitting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Assist our lead project managers in achieving excellent permitting outcomes for clients.

• Conduct permit research with a high level of precision.

• Aid in the preparation of permit plans.

• Work in collaboration with city personnel on specific details and uncertainties.

• Track permit progress and guarantee timely updates.

• Provide insights to product and engineering teams to enhance our software platform.

• Partner with permitting leadership to improve our standard operating procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in construction management or architecture, emphasizing project management.

• Proven experience in applying for and securing construction permits.

• Capability to accurately research permit requirements.

• Comfortable engaging with city staff and navigating administrative workflows.

• Excellent communicator with a keen eye for detail.

• Proactive in identifying and solving problems.
