• A minimum of 2 years of experience in construction management or architecture, emphasizing project management.

• Proven experience in applying for and securing construction permits.

• Capability to accurately research permit requirements.

• Comfortable engaging with city staff and navigating administrative workflows.

• Excellent communicator with a keen eye for detail.
