This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Assist our lead project managers in achieving excellent permitting results for clients
• Conduct permit research with a high level of precision
• Aid in the preparation of permit plans
• Collaborate with municipal staff to clarify nuances and ambiguities
• Track permit status and ensure prompt responses
• Provide insights to product and engineering teams to enhance our software platform
• Partner with permitting leadership to improve our standard operating procedures
• Minimum of 2 years in construction management or architecture, emphasizing project management
• Experience in applying for and securing construction permits
• Proficient in researching permit requirements accurately
• Comfortable engaging with city staff and navigating administrative processes
• Strong communicator with exceptional attention to detail
• Proactive in identifying and solving problems
