Associate Project Manager – Permitting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Assist our lead project managers in achieving excellent permitting results for clients

• Conduct thorough permit research with a high level of precision

• Aid in the preparation of permit plans

• Collaborate with city officials on specific details and uncertainties

• Track permit status and ensure prompt follow-ups

• Provide insights to product and engineering teams to enhance our software platform

• Partner with permitting leadership to improve our standard operating procedures

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in construction management or architecture, emphasizing project management

• Proven track record in applying for and securing construction permits

• Proficient in researching permit requirements accurately

• Comfortable engaging with city officials and managing administrative processes

• Excellent communicator with a keen eye for detail

• Self-motivated problem solver
