Associate Project Manager, Permitting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Assist our principal project managers in achieving excellent permitting results for clients.

• Aid in conducting permit research with a high level of precision.

• Support the preparation of permit plans.

• Collaborate with municipal staff to address nuances and ambiguities.

• Track permit status and ensure prompt responses.

• Provide insights to product and engineering teams to enhance our software platform.

• Partner with permitting leadership to improve our standard operating procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in construction management or architecture, emphasizing project management.

• Proven experience in applying for and securing construction permits.

• Strong ability to research permit requirements accurately.

• Comfortable engaging with city staff and navigating administrative processes.

• Excellent communicator with keen attention to detail.

• Self-motivated problem solver.
