📋 Description

• Assist our primary project managers in achieving excellent permitting results for clients

• Aid in conducting permit research with a high level of precision

• Support the preparation of permit plans

• Collaborate with municipal staff on specific details and uncertainties

• Track permit statuses and ensure prompt responses

• Provide insights to product and engineering teams to enhance our software platform

• Partner with permitting leadership to improve our standard operating procedures

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in construction management or architecture, focused on project management

• Proven experience in applying for and securing construction permits

• Strong ability to accurately research permit requirements

• Comfortable engaging with city staff and navigating administrative procedures

• Excellent communicator with meticulous attention to detail

• Proactive in identifying and solving problems
