Associate Project Manager, Client Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support the management of eDiscovery cases by facilitating work across various operational departments.

• Generate work orders for tasks related to data intake, culling, processing, hosting, and production.

• Conduct quality checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of deliverables prior to client release.

• Maintain a solid understanding of eDiscovery, industry competitors, and the tools that support the field.

• Develop an in-depth knowledge of Lighthouse workflows, critical paths necessary for advancing tasks through the system, and the tools utilized by Lighthouse for workflow management.

• Clearly communicate expectations regarding scope and deadlines to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Oversee the pod’s work request queue.

• Engage in process improvement initiatives as identified by pod leaders.

• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or JD preferred).

• A minimum of 4 years of work experience, including at least 2 years in eDiscovery.

• Experience with Relativity is essential.

• PMP certification is advantageous.

• Excellent analytical and logical reasoning skills.

• Strong project management abilities, including the capacity to interpret various instructions given in written or verbal form.

• Ability to adapt and be flexible in response to a changing and expanding workload.
