This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Oversee early-stage energy strategy projects from Gate 0 to early Gate 2, ensuring organization, continuity, and advancement across various concurrent initiatives.
• Take ownership of project documentation and data management, ensuring precise records, trackers, and databases for initial opportunities are maintained.
• Assist in the formulation of early-stage energy strategies, including the identification and assessment of powered land opportunities prior to site selection.
• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional stakeholders, including Energy Strategy, Market Development, Site Selection, and subject matter experts to synchronize inputs and timelines.
• Guarantee smooth and effective transitions to downstream teams by documenting assumptions, risks, decisions, and outstanding items before project handover.
• Monitor milestones, action items, dependencies, and risks across early-stage energy projects.
• Record comprehensive meeting notes and convert discussions into clear actions, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Ensure data accuracy within internal tools, databases, and desk references to aid decision-making.
• Assist in regional energy and market development strategies throughout North American markets.
• Manage vendor onboarding processes, including NDAs and internal procedural navigation.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners involved in energy-related projects and initiatives.
• Handle a significant volume of information while ensuring consistency across documentation and reporting.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, project coordination, executive support, or related roles.
• Experience in the energy, infrastructure, utilities, or development sectors is preferred.
• A background as an Executive Assistant or in highly organized coordination is a strong advantage.
• PMP certification is not required but is considered beneficial.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects and large volumes of data.
• Superior written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint).
• Capability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Expected travel requirements may reach up to 20%, with potential increases as the business grows.
