Associate Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Associate Project Managers collaborate directly with clients to guarantee the successful execution of projects across a diverse array of product offerings.

• They are accountable for the financial performance, quality, and client satisfaction associated with each engagement involving Illumia’s Integrated Payments software.

• Primary responsibilities include taking charge of overall performance and the delivery of specific scope(s) of work as determined by customer satisfaction.

• Acts as the main customer liaison and manages the overall company-client relationship for designated scope(s) of work.

• Responsible for preparing project kickoff presentation materials, agendas, project plans, and client workbooks.

• Organizing meetings, documenting discussions, and disseminating agendas, call notes, and resource requests to support client projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Project Management.

• 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in program or project management, guiding clients and team members through large, complex system implementations and integrations.

• Experience with client interfacing in a management consulting environment, showcasing strong client relationship abilities.

• Background in managing project scopes, with budgetary responsibilities highly preferred.

• Proven communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient general computer skills (Microsoft Office, web applications, etc.).

• A confident speaker with a team-oriented attitude.
