Associate Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate numerous simultaneous projects that enhance customer experience initiatives and managed services programs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Managed Services, Operations, Sales, and Product, to establish project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

• Serve as the primary point of accountability for project plans, status updates, risk management, and documentation.

• Assist client-facing projects by ensuring teams maintain alignment on expectations, deadlines, and communication.

• Spot opportunities to refine project workflows, tools, and processes as the function evolves.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in project management, program coordination, or a comparable client-facing role.

• Comfortable working in an environment that is adjacent to customers, such as customer success, managed services, agency, or professional services.

• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage priorities across various teams and projects.

• A clear and confident communicator who can effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

• Familiarity with project management tools and best practices in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
