Associate Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support the Project Manager in overseeing the daily activities of the designated engineering team.

• Collaborate with the internal marketing team to prepare proposals for the assigned department.

• Maintain awareness of the performance metrics and financial aspects related to the designated project tasks.

• Keep the Project Manager and other project team members updated on project progress and issues that could affect client relationships.

• Ensure invoices are accurate and processed in accordance with contractual agreements.

• Participate in marketing meetings alongside the PM team.

• Comprehend the full scope of the project, including the Master Services Agreement, project fee structures, scope, and budget.

• Attend project kick-off meetings and other client engagements as required.

• Set objectives for each task that are aligned with client expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing project tasks.

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Construction Management Services is preferred.

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering is required.
