This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take the lead in managing all facets of course development projects from start to finish across various formats and brands.

• Ensure efficient operations and timely delivery by utilizing monday.com as the project management platform.

• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, including program teams, faculty, instructional designers, and video production, to maintain alignment, accountability, and clarity throughout all stages of course development.

• Serve as an advocate for project management best practices, ensuring high-quality outcomes for our students.

• Manage the Digital Learning team’s SharePoint site, keeping resources, templates, and tools well-organized and up to date.

• Facilitate and conduct regular project meetings to share progress, address issues, and drive resolutions.

• Create and manage clear project documentation processes, including schedules, agendas, meeting minutes, activity lists, and other related documentation.

• Proactively identify and manage risks, providing actionable solutions to stakeholders.

• Oversee the management of freelance copyeditors, which includes developing scopes of work, onboarding, timeline management, and quality control.

• Continuously assess and enhance workflows for greater efficiency.

• Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is required.

• CAPM certification is necessary; PMP certification is preferred and should be a goal for professional development.

• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple priorities simultaneously.

• 3-5 years of project management experience, ideally with a strong emphasis on course development and delivery.

• Experience in managing educational projects or working within a learning-focused organization is highly preferred.

• A strategic thinker and collaborative problem solver with a proven track record of completing projects within defined scopes, budgets, and timelines.

• Strong experience with project management software and methodologies; familiarity with monday.com is a plus.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.

• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Resourceful, adaptable, and proactive.

• Must be available to work on-site in New York City as needed.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
