This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in site-specific due diligence by evaluating environmental, technical, logistical, and operational aspects.
• Collaborate with power and water consultants to collect data regarding resource availability, infrastructure capability, and service feasibility.
• Acquire pertinent site design and engineering suggestions from supply chain partners, ensuring that technical insights are incorporated.
• Integrate consultant contributions into organized assessments that emphasize site advantages, constraints, and overall viability.
• Recognize and relay critical project risks, including infrastructure deficiencies, delivery obstacles, regulatory factors, and planning dependencies.
• Coordinate across various functions to synchronize contributions with project timelines and budget plans.
• Develop and sustain site comparison matrices, feasibility reports, and supporting documentation for client decision-making.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and client teams to guarantee that technical recommendations are clearly understood and aligned with program goals.
• Track and document changing risks, mitigation strategies, and input alterations in collaboration with the wider delivery team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Construction Technology, or a similar field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in front-end development and project management, ideally within the construction sector.
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and contemporary front-end frameworks.
• Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Skilled in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and construction platforms (e.g., Procore, BIM 360).
• Background in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
