This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the management of client programs throughout all stages, including planning, execution, and closure.

• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, software development, operations, analytics) to guarantee successful program outcomes.

• Help oversee program budgets, costs, and financial performance for contracts generally valued between $1M and $2M in annual revenue (exclusive of incentives).

• Engage in contract creation, negotiations, and implementation, including providing support for contract modifications and amendments.

• Coordinate the development of business plans, statements of work, specifications, and operational budgets.

• Track program performance against milestones, schedules, and KPIs, identifying risks and facilitating corrective measures.

• Evaluate program challenges and potential opportunities; assess options and suggest solutions.

• Ensure program alignment with market dynamics, client objectives, and shifting business requirements.

• Aid in the development of new business prospects and the expansion of existing client product offerings.

• Assess program performance and provide recommendations for marketing or operational enhancements.

• Contribute to the formulation of strategies and tactics that promote effective program execution and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to guarantee a smooth program lifecycle delivery.

• May assist in the development of technical content or intellectual property.

• Offer mentorship to team members and may directly supervise employees in specific program structures.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent hands-on experience.

• 3–4 years of experience in project or program management.

• Over 2 years of experience in people management or team leadership.

• Proven experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing program deliverables.

• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple priorities.

• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget tracking, forecasting, and performance metrics.

• Analytical approach with the capability to pinpoint issues, assess solutions, and recommend actions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

• Capacity to manage programs with moderate complexity and risk (e.g., new clients, new products, evolving scopes).

• Experience in energy efficiency, utilities, or client-facing services is advantageous.
