Associate Program Manager – 18 month contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Management of a designated territory caseworker assignment

• Continuous oversight of the assigned projects

• Monitoring: Adherence to protocols

• Documentation in case files (both electronic and physical formats)

• Utilization of the database and ensuring the accuracy of collected information

• Conducting phone calls to verify content and maintain telephone etiquette

• Engaging in client consultations and collaborative working sessions with the manager or in their absence

• Assessing training needs based on monitoring and leading refresher training as deemed necessary in partnership with the manager

• Collaborating with the manager in the recruitment and training of new staff

• Recognizing the need for modifications to the program database, protocols, and existing processes

• Daily and ongoing communications regarding client projects

• Providing assistance and support to the manager

• Compiling client reports

• Responsible for reporting all Adverse Events to the designated units/departments

• The Associate Program Manager will also be tasked with additional duties and responsibilities as required from time to time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in a relevant field

• At least 3 years of experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology sectors (or similar)

• RN/RPN license is a plus

• Bilingual proficiency (French/English) is advantageous

• Experience in project management is beneficial
