Associate Product Owner

📋 Description

• Assist in the initial stages of product discovery and strategic planning for platform functionalities, with a focus on HPC and AI/ML workloads.

• Serve as the “voice of the market” throughout the roadmap formulation and backlog refinement process.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and architecture teams to transform vision into actionable execution.

• Help drive initiatives related to: Compute orchestration, Workload scheduling, Data-intensive pipelines, and AI/ML tools.

• Keep abreast of emerging technologies (such as GPUs, AI agents, LLM integrations, and cloud-native scaling) and contribute to the direction of the platform.

• Interact with clients and internal stakeholders to support the design and development of products.

• Facilitate Agile sprint ceremonies and assist in the SDLC processes from discovery to release.

• Support tasks including: Product UAT, KPI reporting and product metrics tracking, Regulatory documentation, and Client-facing instructional materials.

• Create and maintain user journey maps.

• Organize, document, and model product requirements.

• Assess solution options and estimate business value.

• Analyze and manage modifications to requirements and designs.

• Foster strong collaborations across product, engineering, and design teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in product management, with a focus on platform or infrastructure products.

• Background in a B2B, SaaS, or enterprise environment with technical users (such as data scientists, modelers, and engineers).

• Proven technical and business writing abilities.

• Expertise in Requirements Analysis.

• Capability to assess and articulate technical trade-offs with architects and engineering leaders.

• Skilled in utilizing process maps and other visual diagramming tools to model requirements and workflows.

• Strong skills in discovery, prioritization, and roadmap development.

• Confident communicator, adept at simplifying complex ideas for a variety of stakeholders.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a highly skilled team.
