This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +1 more country.
• Assist in managing the lifecycle of the AI product line from strategic planning to tactical execution.
• Collaborate with development and marketing teams to define market requirements, user and buyer personas, product planning, and communications.
• Develop, maintain, and present AI product roadmaps for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the creation of business cases for AI initiatives and objectives.
• Facilitate the end-to-end delivery of AI functionalities across the platform.
• Conduct market research, technology evaluations, competitive assessments, and identify AI-related market challenges.
• Engage with customers and partners to collect requirements and insights regarding AI use cases.
• Participate in events, seminars, and customer demonstrations.
• Document and present market and product requirements effectively.
• Articulate conceptual ideas and design rationale for AI features clearly.
• Aid in new product release processes and organizational coordination.
• Assist with customer demonstrations, interviews, and onboarding/setup for AI features.
• Enable application teams, VARs, and ISVs in utilizing AI tools developed by the Platform AI team.
• Identify beta customers and assist in the beta and managed-availability release processes.
• Review documentation and training materials, providing constructive feedback to the Education teams.
• Evaluate Quality Assurance outputs to ensure AI features achieve high customer satisfaction levels.
• Familiarity with ERP, SaaS, or business application concepts through coursework, internships, or prior experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, product ownership, development, coordination, and/or delivery within business applications.
• A blend of business and technical curiosity, coupled with a passion for AI capabilities and their real-world applications.
• Willingness and ability to engage directly with customers.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized.
• Strong decision-making and time management abilities.
• Proficient in listening, questioning, and problem-solving.
• Self-motivated with realistic goal-setting abilities.
