Associate Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist senior Product Managers and UX teams throughout the discovery, scoping, prioritization, and delivery processes.

• Create clear and well-reasoned tickets and acceptance criteria that address the customer issues being resolved, rather than merely describing the feature specifications.

• Maintain an up-to-date, evidence-based understanding of your product domain; know what is effective, what is not, and what customers are requesting.

• Actively engage in sprint ceremonies as a contributor rather than a passive participant.

• Support go-to-market and launch initiatives in partnership with GTM teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in a product management role.

• You thrive on collaboration and believe that the best results are achieved through cross-functional partnerships both within and beyond the product team.

• Strong writing skills and structural thinking; capable of turning complex problems into clear and understandable solutions.

• We leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and improve work quality. A willingness to learn and experiment with AI in your daily tasks is integral to our operations.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity with a proactive approach.

• A keen interest in understanding the "why" behind customer behaviors, not just the "what" they are requesting.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
