Associate Principal Engineer, Delivery – System Analyst-Build

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Demonstrating a consulting approach by serving as a solution provider instead of merely taking orders.

• Identifying stakeholders for projects/services and ensuring that deliverables are aligned with business benefits.

• Assisting in the closure of the Build stream and documenting all deliverables.

• Monitoring and maintaining RAID (risks, actions, issues, decisions) logs.

• Aiding in the selection and management of vendors.

• Engaging in detailed planning activities and creating schedules.

• Collaborating with the technical delivery team and solution architects.

• Ensuring a clearly defined testing strategy and schedule for delivery modules.

• Mentoring and managing team members by providing on-the-job feedback.

• Ensuring the quality of work adheres to established standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Total Experience: 9+ Years.

• 5-8 years of pertinent delivery or project management experience within banking or financial services.

• Proven leadership skills in managing large, complex, multi-functional build teams.

• Direct experience in core banking and deposits modernization initiatives.

• Practical experience with Deposits Management Systems such as Finacle.

• Excellent documentation skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capacity to operate independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong stakeholder management abilities.

• A problem-solving mindset.

• Ability to identify options and their impacts.

• Experience in developing and implementing change management plans.

• Willingness to relocate to the Philippines for the long term.
