Associate Principal Engineer, CRM Salesforce Revenue Cloud – Technical Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Crafting and assessing high-quality code.

• Spearheading the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions within Revenue Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and bespoke applications.

• Developing on the Force.com platform utilizing: Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce / Lightning pages, and SOQL queries.

• Creating custom applications, features, and integrations to fulfill business requirements.

• Configuring Salesforce environments, which includes: Objects and fields, Workflows and Flows, Validation rules, and Process Builders.

• Designing and executing REST/SOAP APIs and integrations with external systems using middleware or Salesforce platform APIs.

• Collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders to convert requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Ensuring compliance with Salesforce best practices in development, testing, and deployment.

• Mentoring junior developers and offering guidance on architecture and solution design.

• Diagnosing and resolving technical challenges across Salesforce and integrated systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Overall experience of 9+ years.

• Extensive experience in Salesforce development, customization, and architecture.

• Significant hands-on expertise with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Experience with Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud is advantageous.

• Strong comprehension of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.

• Experience in designing and developing custom applications, features, and integrations.

• Proficient in Salesforce configuration, including workflows, flows, validation rules, and process builders.

• Strong background in REST/SOAP API integrations and middleware platforms.

• Exceptional problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting abilities.

• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Capability to lead technical delivery and mentor team members.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
