Associate Pilot Support Specialist, Literacy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Literacy Pilot Team to identify and enhance sales opportunities.

• Facilitate and lead literacy pilot implementation training sessions for leadership, coaches, interventionists, and educators.

• Conduct ongoing consultation and coaching check-ins that align with product pilots.

• Provide assistance with literacy product overviews, pilot training sessions, and continuous support for K-12 administrators and teachers.

• Contribute to the creation of sales support materials that effectively showcase the positioning and messaging of Amplify programs.

• Stay informed and knowledgeable about K-12 educational trends.

• Engage in Amplify pilot training to enhance skills as an Amplify-branded trainer and presenter.

• Demonstrate the ability to collaborate, work effectively within a team, follow directions, and execute the pilot team plans.

• Exhibit conversational intelligence by asking insightful questions and actively listening during discussions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in K-12 education.

• Classroom teaching experience in K-8 with a focus on Literacy.

• Strong knowledge of the Science of Reading.

• Willingness to travel at least 60% of the time.

• Experience in public speaking to groups of 6 or more individuals.

• Proficient in both verbal and written English.
