This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise accounting and tax partners within your designated territory.
• Influence the manner in which firms integrate and utilize Xero within their operations.
• Participate in events and conduct workshops to ensure a steady pipeline and advancement of accounts.
• Cultivate partner relationships through a consultative approach, including face-to-face meetings, virtual consultations, workshops, and events.
• Inform partners about the complete range of Xero's features and the advantages it can offer to their practice.
• Experience in customer success, account management, or a consultative sales position — preferably in a SaaS, fintech, or cloud software setting.
• Demonstrated capability to oversee a portfolio of strategic relationships, effectively managing multiple partners and priorities without oversight.
• Excellent communication skills — you are adept at presenting to groups, facilitating workshops, and conducting engaging virtual consultations.
• Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and contemporary business productivity tools, maintaining a structured and organized approach to pipeline and account management.
• A consultative approach — you ask insightful questions, listen attentively, and customize your strategy to meet the specific needs of each partner.
• Familiarity with accounting, bookkeeping, or practice management workflows is advantageous — along with any experience in supporting multi-location enterprises or large clients.
