This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Transform closed opportunities into active projects in both Salesforce and PSA systems.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and alignment of project setups with financial and reporting standards.
• Serve as a backup to the primary Operations Analyst during project creation.
• Assess incoming quote requests for completeness and clarity.
• Create quotes for standard service offerings using established templates and pricing models.
• Maintain consistency and accuracy across all standard quotes.
• Update project and financial information within Salesforce and associated systems.
• Ensure alignment between opportunity, quote, and project records.
• Support reporting accuracy through meticulous and consistent data entry.
• Manage queue-based requests (e.g., project setup, updates) within established SLAs.
• Assist in reducing turnaround times for quoting and project creation.
• Identify inefficiencies and offer suggestions to enhance workflows, templates, and automation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Services Sales, and Delivery teams to clarify inputs.
• Escalate non-standard or ambiguous requests as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in operations, business support, administration, or a similar field.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to handle repetitive, process-driven tasks with consistency and efficiency.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Exposure to SaaS, Professional Services, or project-based environments (preferred).
• Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce or PSA platforms (e.g., Certinia/FinancialForce) (preferred).
• Basic understanding of financial concepts (e.g., revenue, billing, project budgets) (preferred).
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets (preferred).
