• Collaborate on the design and execution of new business processes with organizational context and priorities considered.
• Lead organizational change management to ensure the adoption and sustainability of process modifications.
• Manage internal communication to effectively inform stakeholders about progress, performance, key issues, and blockers that could affect business goals or critical program and project completion.
• Identify operational risks and drive the implementation of mitigation strategies.
• Ensure or manage the documentation of business processes.
• Establish key performance metrics and dashboards to monitor operational performance.

• Monitor, measure, and assess the effectiveness of new initiatives and processes, making adjustments as necessary.
• Develop and oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and facilitate decision-making.
• Track the adoption of process, system, and organizational changes to ensure long-term and sustained adherence.
• Bachelor’s degree (or its international equivalent) plus 12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in CRO/pharmaceutical/biotechnology drug development or proven competency in the critical areas of the role.
• Strong drug development experience with a comprehensive understanding of other functions pertinent to the position.
