This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the Senior NAM and coordinate with the THD Merchant team to develop account strategies while facilitating line reviews and category projects through data analysis, presentation creation, and execution follow-up.
• Lead and oversee in-store projects, resets, and merchandising efforts, ensuring impeccable execution through both internal and external collaboration.
• Examine THD and internal sales data to produce business summaries, assist with demand planning and promotional forecasting, identify growth opportunities, and work cross-functionally with product, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams.
• 2-5 years of experience in supporting or managing a national retail account; THD experience is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with THD's corporate structure, systems, and in-store execution model.
• Experience in supporting line reviews, assortments, resets, or large retail programs is preferred.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret sales, inventory, and POS data effectively.
• Experience with THD systems and tools (VendorDrill, IDM, MLX, etc.).
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Flexible remote work environment.
