Associate Medical Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of medical content creation across various projects.

• Provide medical strategic direction for designated accounts and engage in discussions regarding strategic suggestions with clients.

• Guarantee high-quality delivery concerning scientific content, organization, clarity, accuracy, format, consistency, and compliance with regulatory and internal standards, styles, and processes.

• Establish collaborative relationships with key marketing and medical professionals at client organizations.

• Guide and mentor junior writers who support assigned accounts as necessary.

• Stay informed about the latest medical literature and industry developments pertinent to the client's brands.

• Contribute to upholding the integrity and prominent role of the Medical Strategy and Content Team within RevHealth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced or terminal degree (PhD, MD, PharmD, or equivalent).

• Over 3 years of relevant experience in developing scientific and medical content in pharmaceutical advertising, medical communications, or a similar field, in a client-facing medical lead capacity.

• Significant experience in crafting medical communications/pharmaceutical marketing content, including slide presentations, advisory board summaries, and training program materials, with minimal supervision.

• Experience in strategic medical initiatives related to pharmaceutical marketing within a commercial environment.

• Strong scientific foundation coupled with excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capable of effectively engaging with clients and healthcare professionals.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
